I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in August of 2024. Went through multiple surgeries and chemotherapy. Tumors returned in July of 2025. Going through chemotherapy and targeted therapy at this time. Looking for others with recurrent cancer to share experiences.

Hi Holly. I was diagnosed stg IVA HGSOC in 4/24. Did Avastin for maintenance but unfortunately ny CA125 started rising late June. Nothing on scans, CT/PET&MRI!). Ended up discovering several small lesions during recent surgery for obstructing hernia so I will resume chemo as soon as able. I will be doing carbo/doxil. These lesions did reveal that I am HRD+ so we can add a PARPi. What did your tumor testing show? Are you tolerating treatment and how are you responding? Our paths with this disease are NOT easy. I've done better mentally thinking of this as a chronic disease if that helps
