Has anyone tried Doxil chemo? How were the side effects and results?

Hi Diana, so sorry to hear that you’re going through this. Carbo/Doxil was my last combination during which i became no longer platinum sensitive, so for me they didn’t work. Prior to this I did carbo with taxol, and then with gemzar. My side effects were mostly low energy, constipation, heartburn, and stiffness in my knee, hips and thighs but the later could’ve also been more from injections for WBCs. Best wishes.

Hi Diana. I am on this cocktail for a recurrence. My CA125 was responding but my CA125 went up 28 points last time. My CT scans are looking good though and we shall see on Tuesday how my numbers are. Mostly just some fatigue and joint pain.
