Has anyone tried Faslodex for recurrent ovarian cancer?

4 months agoHi everyone I have stage 3 ovarian cancer 6 yrs in. Serous low grade tumor. I have had 3 surgeries and even an ileostomy for 3 months to make sure they supposedly got all cancer out. But it came back and with a vengeance 3 months later. After Moffitt said there is nothing more she can do for me it has now spread to my lymph nodes. My current doctor wants to put me on Faslodex. Anybody know anything about this drug? (Shot) or am I just wasting my time.

4 months agoHi Theresa, I too have stage 3 cancer. I’m so sorry it has come back. I’m sure if that’s an immunotherapy drug, it should work to keep it at bay. Good luck!! Hope you try it and it works 🙏

4 months agoI have S4OC. I used Fenbendazole (1 gram) a day. I mixed it with yogurt. My scans are coming back with all the disease shrinking. I also did treatment but truly know the alternative method, along with treatment, helped with my results. Sending a hug to you!

3 months agoI have low grade serous OC stage IVB. I use Ivermectin and Mebendazole along with my chemo treatment (every three weeks). I have had great results of tumors shrinking. I have had 7 rounds of chemo and have my first scan since diagnosis in a week. Like Nikki, I truly believe the alternative method along with treatment has gotten me where I am today.
