My doctor has stressed that I not eat vegetables unless they are pureed. Stringy vegetables are a definite no-no...like celery. However canned fruits are ok except for pineapple. Surprisingly a peeled and cored apple is ok. Talk with your doctor to get a list of foods you can eat . Good luck.
