Wanting dignity and control over your final chapter is deeply human and understandable when facing advanced cancer. Many people in similar situations share these feelings about maintaining autonomy and deciding what feels right for them. Consider discussing these important thoughts with your healthcare team, loved ones, or a counselor who specializes in serious illness - they can help explore all options for comfort and dignity that align with your values. This community understands the weight of these decisions and is here to support you through whatever path feels right for you.

Praying you make the choice which is right for you. These are tough decisions and are yours to make. The suggestion to speak with your healthcare team or a counselor is a good one.

Still fighting. Seem to be at bay. Regimen of chemo. Whipple surgery, didn’t get it all. Attached to main artery of pancreas. Another regiment of chemo. Getting ready to start chemo pills and radiation. I stay with bellyache and when I eat it hurt stronger.
