Hey Loretta. Glad you found us. If you have questions you want to ask to help your dad take advantage of the Ask Outcomes4me box at the bottom of the homepage of the app. Questions submitted there go directly to one of our oncology nurses who will respond 1:1. It’s awful seeing our parents sick and your dad is so lucky to have you. 💛Suzanne (Community Moderator)

We where just discharged from the hospital we have been thru a lot. We was at previous hospital where stents where place multiple times and failed my family begged the team to release us to the level 1 trauma center where I found there wheee advanced doctors that could place my dads stent but we continue to be blocked with excuses from this hospital who kept insisting that can do it if we give them another try we felt like an experiment trial they even tried to send transport to come get him without speaking with us one day the nurse didn’t communicate with us if there was a plan the doctors didn’t speak with us regarding a plan we said no we want to be transferred 21 one days later we finally got transferred to university hospital the tumor has gotten bigger and spreaded to his L5 spine and liver while waiting 21 days at this hospital who refuses to transfer us stating the doctor where busy which was not true as soon as we where transferred the university doctors took care of us right away and we was discharged in 6 days and his bilirubin started decreasing so he can have chemo
