4 days agoI have prostate cancer and am currently taking Xtandi (enzalutamide) as hormone therapy to block testosterone from fueling cancer cell growth. My doctor mentioned that common side effects can include fatigue, dizziness, and increased fall risk, so I'm being careful around the house. I have regular blood tests to monitor how the medication is working.
