Reporting Medicare fraud is an important step when billing irregularities are suspected, and there are several official channels available to help. The Medicare fraud hotline at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) allows patients to report concerns directly, while the Office of Inspector General also accepts reports online or by phone. Navigating healthcare systems while managing cancer treatment can feel overwhelming, and this community understands the additional stress that billing issues can create during an already challenging time.
