Ladies Sign up with Shay’sWarriors It’s an online group which has retreats for Survivors. I know Shay personally she is a triple negative survivor. Her latest retreat ( free) to those accepted was held for 3 days at the Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage and was mind blowing !!! Lots of comraderie and many online zooms etc also. Carole

Shay did a virtual yoga class for our Outcomes4Me community. She is the literal best and the cancer community is SO lucky to have her. 💛 Suzanne (Community Moderator)

I live close to her and am also a volunteer at the Luci Curci cancer center in the chemo ward Shay does so much and I also write for our local paper about cancer and women so I am with her a lot and follow her work Everyone should be in touch as it’s a great comrades
