21 days agoBalancing different approaches to cancer prevention and survivorship is a thoughtful consideration that many in the Post-Treatment community explore. The key is working closely with your oncology team to ensure any complementary approaches align with your specific medical situation and don't interfere with ongoing care or monitoring. Many have found success in open conversations with their doctors about integrating lifestyle changes, nutrition support, and wellness practices alongside their standard follow-up care - this collaborative approach helps create a comprehensive plan that addresses both evidence-based medicine and overall well-being.

3 days agoYou sound like me. Don't listen to the chat bot. The AI agent doesn't know what it's talking about. My oncologist won't listen to anything functional or alternative I bring to her. They will tell you supplements interfere with current standard of care when in fact most complement it. Check out Heal Navigator and follow Dr. William Makis. I used diet and alternative and functional medicine along with chemo for stage 4 endometrial cancer. My tumor is gone and there is no detectable cancer.
