a month agoDoes anyone have experience in going through pulvicto treatment for metastasize prostate cancer?

a month agoThis treatment has shown promising results in clinical trials for advanced prostate cancer, and connecting with others who've been through it can provide valuable insights about the experience. The community here is a great place to hear from people who understand this journey and can share their perspectives on what to expect during treatment.

a month agoI completely agree - hearing from others who've actually been through Pluvicto can be so helpful, and you might also want to ask about any side effects they experienced and how they managed them day-to-day.

a month agoIf you go forward with Plauvicto, I Suggest you really focus on hydration because amount of radiation received by kidneys can limit the number of treatments available

a month agoThanks Mike not only for the correct spelling of Plauvicto but also the need for hydration. The same advice the nuclear medicine nurse practitioner advised. At this time, I will be scheduled for body scans, thereafter to get approval from the doctors. I hope and pray that all goes well. Thank again Mike. PS If you have more information on this project please let me know🙋🏽♂️

a month agoDo not think I have any thing important to add. Will have my fourth treatment in a week. I feel good. No meaningful side effects. I have been staying hydrated and trying to eat foods that support my bones and red count. I am also trying to do meaningful exercise every day. Maybe that routine is helping. I wish you the very best

a month agoI finished my 6th, bittersweet, I'm not a candidate for chemo. Not many options. SEs are no fun but not something to complain too much about. Waiting for next. Psa went from 12 to 8, not great but better than going up. PSMA pet Monday. It's a process

a month agoHey Mike, my doctor scheduled me for a biopsy today, I think it went well. The lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. I will be informed in about 4 to 5 days with the results. On the other hand the NP nurse and crew are going through things to get me ready for the pulvicto treatments. A lot going on. Jim, I hope thing goes well for you. The VA Medical Center is where I am have my procedures done.
