Google “WCCO HIFU” It’s a local news story from Minneapolis about high intensity focal ultrasound, one of the ablative techniques for earlier stage PCa. Electroporation and cryoablation have also been used. HIFU has demonstrated efficacy with fewer QOL effects than surgery.
