Is rising PSA after prostatectomy something to worry about?

Question for the group. Had my radical prostatectomy last August... being of course monitored every 3 months. Psa has been slowly rising since. April's test was 0.06. Last week 0.1. Should I be concerned? Haven't met with my doctor as of yet
