Changes in sexual function, including difficulty with ejaculation, can be a common experience after stopping certain medications, and it's encouraging that you're noticing improvements in other areas like reduced swelling and better sex drive. These types of changes often take time as your body adjusts, but it's always worth discussing with your healthcare team to get their perspective on what you're experiencing and whether any additional support might be helpful.

Similar weird ejaculation issues for several months after stopping apalutamide too.All the body aches and swelling faded fast like you said, but sexual side effects take way longer to bounce back. Give your body more time to reset, and efinitely bring this up to your oncologist/urologist at your next checkup- they may have simple ways to help speed recovery.
