Anyone else dealing with Gleason 9 prostate cancer?

Gleason 9 (4+5) T3,N1, M0 3 years Lupron concurrent with 2 years Zytiga, and 45 days radiation PSA remains <.1 , 61/2 years after start of treatment 77 years old

I’m Gleason 5+5 =10 IVB expected to die within 5 to 7 years O but my aggressive cancer is rejecting my medications maybe sooner. Hope it all works for you. God Bless.

I’m Gleason 10 and I have BRCA2 gene mutation which makes it more aggressive. PSMA PET scan said no metastasis yet. I’m starting Orgovyx tomorrow and will be starting proton beam radiation in a few months.
