3 months ago“ Fast Track is Not so Fast or it just completely fell the Track “ When are we going to see new medications for all types of prostate cancer ?? LUPRON is 40 years old , Zytiga is almost 15 yrs old !! As for chemo it’s not a cure and makes you sick !!! And Pluvicto is a joke , many men die taking it and the average man survives less than 4 months taking it vs not taking it !! We need New Meds Now , Not 20yrs from now !!

Your frustration with the pace of new treatment development is completely understandable, and many in the prostate cancer community share these concerns about wanting faster progress. While treatment research continues with clinical trials exploring new approaches like immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and combination treatments, the drug approval process does take significant time to ensure safety and effectiveness. Many community members find it helpful to discuss clinical trial options with their oncologists or connect with others here who may have insights about emerging treatments in the pipeline.

3 months agoI’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s heartbreaking and overwhelming to feel like there aren’t options left. Please know I think your feelings are completely valid and I so wish new treatments were developed and approved faster than they are too.
