Yes, changes in sex drive are a commonly reported side effect with Orgovyx and similar hormone therapies used in prostate cancer treatment. Many community members have shared similar experiences, and it's encouraging that your doctor mentioned this effect is often reversible after stopping the medication. Consider discussing any concerns about side effects with your healthcare team, as they may have suggestions for managing this while maintaining your treatment benefits.

Orogolxy purposely reduces your testosterone production. Prostate cancer thrives on testosterone, like fertilizer. After the ADT wears off your body should begin to recover and again begin produce testosterone. Good things eventually happened for me and I’m 78!

I was on Eligard, 2 injections 3 months apart. Total of 6 months and it took about 6 months after the last injection before I had a 350 testosterone reading.

Some folks with pre existing conditions have problems with it. It appears to help some people. I took it for two months. Affected just about everything! Blood pressure up, libido impacted, and really horrible mood swings. Glad to get off of it. Yet some that get good results with little side effects over long periods. Keep researching and good luck!
