How are you doing after radical prostatectomy or SBRT?

My robot assisted radical prostatectomy was 15 years ago and of course much will depend nowadays on the advances in technology since then and the experience and skill of your surgeon. However, 4-5 years later my PSA rose rapidly and I had to undergo radiation and ADT treatments. Over a year ago my PSA really shot up and a scan confirmed cancer metastasis into multiple lymph nodes. Still fighting it. Short answer, get multiple opinions on options since you have time because in my brother’s and brother-in-law’s cases, radiation once at the onset did the trick.
