Deciding when and how to share difficult health news with loved ones is one of the most challenging aspects of facing a serious illness. The desire to protect family members from worry while also managing personal fears creates a complex emotional situation that many in this community understand deeply. Consider that families often sense when something significant is happening, and having open conversations might actually provide relief and strengthen support systems during this difficult time.

You have no expiration date! Stay strong. Trust in God and gain support from others. Stay busy and make yourself a priority. They will be okay. Just take care of you first
