a month agoMy mom and I both have cancer. I just found out about mine 3 weeks ago. It seems like no one want to talk about it. I feel like im annoying when I do want to talk about all this.

a month agoPeople often struggle to discuss cancer because they don't know what to say or worry about saying the wrong thing, which can leave you feeling isolated when you most need support. This community understands that talking through your feelings and experiences is an important part of coping, so please know that sharing here is always welcome and you're among people who truly get what you're going through.

a month agoIt is hard. There's big emotions that goes with being diagnosed and getting through treatment. One friend, when I try to talk about big scary emotions, tells me that I don't have enough faith. The others just walk away or change the subject. I find that if I just scream and cry, I do find a relief.
