Cancer can bring waves of intense emotions that feel impossible to handle, and reaching out shows incredible strength during such a difficult time. Many in this community have found that connecting with others who truly understand, whether through support groups, counseling, or trusted relationships, can provide comfort and practical coping strategies when everything feels too heavy to bear alone.

Hey Rebecca, by the looks of those faces, I'd say you need someone to talk to? Relationships are difficult enough without cancer but on top of cancer they can seem totally unmanageable! Cancer just makes a mess out of everything and everyone. If you need to vent, please do so. Wishing you all the best!

Hey Rebecca, please muster up all the strength you can today and smile ☺️ to yourself in the mirror. I'll bet you it will make you feel a little bit better 😊. The next time you smile, it will be just a little bit easier and will make you feel a little bit better than the first time. I'm sending you a smile 😁 right now! Wishing you and your loved ones all the best through this rocky road on your journey. There will be a smoother path shortly. Take good care.
