3 years agoJust wanted to post some encouragement! I’ve been starting to exercise (walk and yoga) and it is helping my AI joint pain so much! This last weekend I did 6!! hours at the zoo with my daughter and grandkids. What a joy!!

What wonderful news about finding activities that bring both physical relief and precious family moments! Exercise can be such a powerful tool for managing joint discomfort, and it sounds like the benefits are extending far beyond just physical comfort. Those six hours at the zoo must have created some amazing memories with the little ones. This kind of positive experience often inspires others in the community who might be hesitant to try gentle movement or worry about missing out on special family activities.

6 months agoThanks for sharing this @Mia M! I still struggle to get myself to do proper workouts, but I started to go for 15-30min walks in the mornings, and I enjoy it so much! Especially now with the weather getting warmer and nicer it is such a great way to start a day. Also motivates me seeing all the people running in the park, I think I’ll try to do a short run myself this week.
