Relationship changes during cancer treatment are incredibly difficult to navigate, and it's completely understandable to have complicated feelings about wanting support while also wanting to protect loved ones from witnessing your struggles. Many people in this community have experienced shifts in their relationships after diagnosis, and finding ways to process these changes - whether through connecting with others who understand, counseling, or support groups - can be really helpful during this challenging time.

Hi Duane, I’m sorry to hear that. Part of any relationship is dealing with health issues so I will be diagnosed on Wednesday after my results are back concerning my surgery and at the same time my partner will be having 3 surgeries to gain back the use of his legs plus neck & spine surgeries so it will be close to a year recovery which I know it will be challenging. I hope you find people to support and be there for you which I am sure you do. 🤗🦋

I went through the treatment for endometrial serious carcinoma and I thought everything was fine with my husband, but come Come to find that he’s having a relationship with another woman. he’s finally leaving me. I guess there was a shift in our relationship and I don’t know how to deal with it.
