This procedure can feel overwhelming when you're facing it for the first time, and it's completely natural to want to know what to expect. Many community members have shared their experiences with kidney mass ablation, and connecting with others who've been through similar procedures can provide valuable insights and support. The timing for getting definitive answers about the mass will depend on your medical team's approach, so discussing the timeline and next steps with your ablation specialist during your upcoming meeting would be helpful. Wishing you all the best as you navigate this journey.

23 days agoI had ablation. The dr I was going to is radiation specialist. The treatment was under general anesthesia he inserted a needle, using a CT scan, he froze all the CA cells. I do scans every 3 months. 1 1/2 years later I am clear. No pain no worries. Good Luck, Esther
