Right kidney removed 2021. Cancer metastasized into my lungs. Current doing immunotherapy and doing quite well with nodules reduced and no additional growth. Been doing immunotherapy since Feb 2024. Keytruda infusions every three weeks and daily Inlyta.

That's wonderful news that the nodules are shrinking and there's no new growth - it sounds like the combination treatment is responding well for this type of metastatic kidney cancer. Many patients find immunotherapy plus targeted therapy to be an effective approach, and it's encouraging to hear about positive results that others in the community might find hopeful as they navigate similar treatment paths.

That's really encouraging progress you're seeing! While the shrinking nodules are definitely positive, it might be worth asking your doctor about what to expect long-term and if there are any specific markers they're tracking to monitor how sustainable this response might be.

I had a right side nephrectomy in May 2024. In December 2024 my cancer became Stage 4 metastatic RCC. Several small nodules on my lungs. Since then I have been on Keytruda immunotherapy every three weeks along with daily Lenvima. My last CT in October 2025 showed only one last lung nodule so the Keytruda and Lenvima protocol works! Next CT is next week. Hoping to find I am nodule free.
