Wishing you the best for your upcoming scans on November 3rd. Voice changes can happen with lung cancer and its treatments for various reasons, and while some people do see improvement over time, outcomes vary for each person - your healthcare team will be the best source for understanding what to expect in your specific situation. Getting an AAC device sounds like a helpful step to support communication, and many people find these tools really beneficial for staying connected with loved ones and their care team.
