What are people's experiences with IMDELLTRA?

I am getting ready to start tarlatamab. Side effects are scary but other drugs have failed after only two cycles,(cisplatin) resulting in having radiation to stop bleeding from the large tumor.

I was on imdelltra. I did not like it. I kinda lost ability to feel like i needed to use bathroom. I just felt pressure in abdomen. Only if I used Dulcolax triple dose could I go. Mentally was taxing. Didn't feel normal. Glad it worked for some. It didn't for me
