I was diagnosed with the Ultra rare Stage IV Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma, ASPS. Thus far, treatment with Keytruda appears to be offering durable results with minimal side effects that are manageable. I am looking for anyone who may have pointers for me, if you have has “successfully” navigated the Social Security Disability application process surrounding a stage IV cancer diagnosis.

Navigating the Social Security Disability process with a stage IV cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but many community members have found success by gathering thorough medical documentation and being persistent through the application process. Consider connecting with a disability attorney or advocate who specializes in cancer cases, as they can help ensure all necessary medical evidence is included and guide you through appeals if needed. The community here may have valuable insights to share about their experiences with the application process.
