4 months agoHello I was diagnosed with Stage1 lung carcinoid nodule. Which was removed through VATS surgery and lung wedged resection. Anyone else.

4 months agoVATS surgery with wedge resection is a common approach for treating early-stage lung carcinoids, and many community members have shared similar experiences here. Connecting with others who've been through this procedure can provide valuable insights about recovery and what to expect moving forward.

3 months agoI too had a VATS procedure done that turned into a full blown thoractomy 01/04/2023!! With wedge resection. I have not been the same since. I did not have a very good experience. They were going after a mass in the left lung suspicious for lung cancer. But after all said and done. They could not come up with a definitive diagnosis. But it was not cancer... And that mass is still there....
