How Long Does Goldilocks Surgery Take to Heal?

I had it, and one came out OK and one didn't.

I had bilateral Goldilocks done 9/23. Side that had prior radiation is healing more slowly and developed seroma that I have had drained weekly. Initially ~150ml, last aspiration was ~ 20ml. Doing arm lifts to shoulder level and massage. I did nipple sparing so there will be a follow up surgery to remove remaining breast tissue left in place as blood supply for nipple gets well established.

Healing timelines can vary greatly from person to person, and three weeks is still quite early in the recovery process for this type of procedure.
