What's Your Experience with Latissimus Flap Reconstruction Surgery?

Yes I had the latissimus flap surgery to the left side. It worked really well for me. I had no complications but I was very compliant with instructions for healing. The first 2 weeks you have drains in to help with healing and swelling. I was placed on Lyrica to block nerves. So I had little pain. Then after 2 weeks drains removed and I could go for walks and do leg exercises. Then 4-6 weeks just rehabbing my arm and getting into normal routine. 8 weeks back to weights, biking and normal life. With prayers and I also feel God is always guiding me. 🙏
