Hardness at Incision Site After Mastectomy?

I had a double mastectomy on Oct 25th. I've recently had an infection. Was on IV antibiotics for the past 7 days. Was having pain on my right side. Turns out I had an abscess and 3.5ml of pus was removed. My question does anyone else have hardness at the incision cuts. It's bad on my right side. Thanks in advance ☺️

Hardness around incision sites can be a common part of the healing process after mastectomy, especially when there's been an infection or abscess like you experienced. Many patients notice firmness or scar tissue formation as their body heals, though it's always best to discuss any concerns with your surgical team since they know your specific situation. Hoping your recovery continues to progress well after dealing with that infection!
