How do you manage neck stiffness and numbness after neck dissection?

Lots of 500 mg Tylenol

2 every 6 hours

I Just had the same surgery and some how some way I had 0% pain..I mean 0%..

I had a partial front of my tongue removed in March because of cancer but also took out 3 lymph node’s and tested 13 others which came out negative but have a lot of stiffness in my shoulders .They removed lymph nodes along my neck and I can still feel some fluid at the bottom of my face .I get plenty of sleep but I still can get extremely tired .I feel it’s a long recovery .I am 70 and have always had a lot of energy but if I do to much one day it seems to affect me the next .

I’m 72 and feel same fatigue plus pain upon waking up until fluid settles from neck to body six months in. Had 27 lymph nodes removed from neck with three point wound to nape, shoulder and along neckline down to throat. Oncologist has ordered PT. Prayers to all 🙏
