a month agoI’m having a stomy closure next month, has anyone gone through this before, I would like to know how’s the recovery process, I’m getting really anxious since I just finished my chemo treatment and I just went through a colectomy and I I’m getting really scared. Can someone give me an idea of what to expect

a month agoStoma closure recovery varies for each person, but many community members find it helpful to know that healing typically progresses gradually over several weeks. Your care team will provide specific guidance based on your situation, and connecting with others here who've been through similar experiences can offer valuable support and encouragement during this next step in your journey.
