I had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from my head on Thursday. Is there someone or something that helps with wound care?

Great question about wound care resources after your procedure. Many healthcare systems offer wound care nurses or specialized clinics that can provide guidance on proper healing techniques and monitor your recovery progress. It's worth reaching out to your surgical team or primary care provider to ask about available wound care support in your area, as they often have specific recommendations based on your procedure type. Proper wound care can make a significant difference in healing outcomes, so seeking professional guidance shows you're taking the right approach to your recovery.
