3 months agoSame here, mine was 3 months ago for TNBC as well. Removed 10 lymph nodes. I think my number one advice is definitely follow Dr directions, let people help. And when the time comes for your exercises. I also got a special sleep pillow which has really helped to sleep on my back it’s called sleep again pillow system.
