I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June of 2024. I had chemo from June to dec. Then thee dr stopped it because of the neuropathy. I was supposed to have surgery to removed the mass, but when they went in the cancer had spread to my liver (specs). They took my gallbladder out and closed me up. Now I’m taking chemo again.

Thank you for sharing your journey with the community - navigating treatment changes and unexpected findings during surgery takes tremendous courage. Many patients in this community have experienced similar shifts in their treatment plans and understand how challenging it can be to adapt to new circumstances. Your openness in sharing these experiences can provide valuable support and connection for others who may be facing similar paths in their own cancer journeys.

So sorry to hear about your experience. Don’t give up! I’ve seen 5+ years of people with stage 4 cancer still alive and kicking. See if they can do histotripsy on your liver. You’re still here a year later!
