Questions about alternatives to chemo for endometrial cancer are common, and it makes sense to want to explore every option. Endometrial cancer treatment options can include other approaches besides chemotherapy, such as radiation, hormone-based therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy, but what fits depends on details like stage, grade, and tumor testing, so an oncology team is the best source for what applies in each case. Many cancer centers also offer integrative or supportive care, such as nutrition guidance, gentle movement, and spiritual or emotional support, which can be discussed with the care team alongside medical treatment. Sharing concerns openly with doctors, and asking for a second opinion if it would help, can make the path ahead feel clearer, and this community is here to listen and share experiences along the way.

I followed the recommendations of my oncologist. I have the same type of cancer as you. If you decide on chemo, it may be daunting. You might consider a second opinion. I researched my options for this type of cancer and determined chemo was the best option for me. I also had radiation treatment. Whatever you decide, go into your decision informed.
