I am also HER2 positive stage 1A with 4 clean lymph nodes. My tumor was small, 8 mm. I am having “ light” chemo with targeted therapy because of the aggressiveness of HER2 positive. My doctor said if the tumor was smaller than 5 mm I could have skipped chemo. I had a lumpectomy so I’m having radiation. I’m looking into proton radiation therapy.
