2 days agoThe next steps after bilateral mastectomy typically involve meeting with an oncology team to discuss additional treatment options, which may include chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or targeted therapy depending on the specific cancer characteristics. Clean lymph nodes are encouraging news, and the oncologist will help create a personalized treatment plan based on all the pathology results and individual factors.
