Not achieving a complete pathological response doesn't mean treatment has failed - many people with triple-negative breast cancer still have excellent outcomes even without PCR. Your oncology team will work with you to create the best follow-up plan based on your specific situation, which may include additional treatments or adjusted monitoring approaches to optimize your long-term health outcomes.

9 months agoI just finished radiation on Friday and will be starting capecitabine/Xeloda next. I have scans scheduled for next Monday so 🤞they look clean!
