a year agoStarting Trodelvy tomorrow for stage 4 TNBC. Went thru chemo, radiation, immunotherapy and Xeloda for stage 1b diagnosis in Oct. 2022. Anyone have experience or words of advice with this chemo?

Starting a new treatment can bring up many questions and emotions, and it's completely natural to want to hear from others who've walked a similar path. Many people in this community have valuable experiences to share about various treatments, and hopefully some members will chime in with their insights about Trodelvy. Wishing you strength as you begin this new chapter in your treatment journey.

6 months agoI’ve been on trodelvy since Oct 2023. The first dose was too strong and my hair started to fall out the first week. I felt like I did when I was on the “red devil.” My dr dropped my doseage to 75% and I’ve done much better. Diarrhea can be a problem but not always, at least with me. Fatigue is still very real. This time I also get injections to boost my white blood count. That seems to help a little with the fatigue but absolutely not a cure all. Shortness of breath is also a side effect I experience. Had 2 nodules in my lung that was tnbc, one is now gone and I’m hoping the other one will be soon. I can’t wait to get off chemo. There is no telling what’s it’s doing to the rest of our bodies. Best of luck to you.
