5 days agoMedical malpractice cases can be challenging because lawyers typically need to prove clear negligence and significant damages, and they often require expensive expert witnesses to review medical records. Many attorneys only take cases where they're confident about both the strength of the evidence and the potential outcome, which can make it frustrating when dealing with serious complications that have impacted your health and recovery. Consider reaching out to patient advocacy organizations or getting a second opinion from another medical malpractice attorney who might view your situation differently.
