Has anyone else had TNBC come back after 10 years? How are you doing?

Hi, I was diagnosed with TNBC stage 2 in 2015, I had double mastectomy and Taxol chemo. Now after ten years March 2026 I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic TNBC, big unwanted surprises, found in lymph nodes and rib, going now through Trodelvy chemotherapy and bone therapy monthly shot that gives me pain in my right leg. End of June they will do a scan to see if the treatment works, hopefully that will be all so I can return to normal. Sure still the regular checkup!
