This combination therapy has shown promise in clinical trials for endometrial cancer, and community members may have valuable experiences to share about managing side effects and treatment expectations. Connecting with others who have navigated similar treatment paths can provide helpful insights as you discuss options with your healthcare team.

I did not fit with either. Got high bp from Lenvima and high readings on alt ast so only had few doses of Keytruda. I was hoping it was going to be a long term helper. Best wishes for good results. Maybe they will find a way I can be successful again

I was on Keytruda and Lenvatinib for 10 months before my cancer started progressing. It gave me high blood pressure which was managed with medication. I also developed a skin rash which was managed with steroids. Diarrhea was finally managed well with alternating Lomotil and Imodium every 4-6 hours daily whether I was experiencing diarrhea or not.

I was also on thyroid medication because it messed with my thyroid. I have been able to stop all medications for side effects….high BP, diarrhea, rash and thyroid…since stopping Keytruda and lenvatinib

Was on Keytruda and Lenvina for around 8 months with some endocrine issues which were easily handled with meds. When we tried to go to 10mg of Lenvima, I became extremely nauseous and could barely eat or drink. My oncologist decided that I needed a vacation from meds for a few weeks which wound up being over 6 weeks. The result was a recurrence of my stage 4endometrial cancer but, I was able to eat and drink We decided to do low dose chemo weekly as I have not had many side effects from carboplatin and Toxal. Chemo worked to stop the recurrence (signaterra 0) after 3 weeks. However, I developed a UTI which put me in the hospital too weak to stand and hallucinating. Two weeks later I am home and doing well. I start chemo on Wednesday. Every three weeks with Taxol and Avastin. I have no experience with Avastin. Can anybody tell me of their experience?
