19 days agoCompleted last round of chemo yesterday. Will continue with immuno drug Keytruda for next year. Wondering how long before my hair starts to grow back.

19 days agoCongratulations on completing your last round of chemotherapy - that's a significant milestone! Hair regrowth typically begins within 3-8 weeks after finishing chemo, though it often starts as soft, fine hair that may be a different texture or color than before. Since everyone's body responds differently, the timeline can vary from person to person. Many others in this community have shared their own hair regrowth experiences, so feel free to connect with fellow members who may have similar stories to share during this phase of your journey.

13 days agoMy chemo ended July 31st last year. By Christmas, I had enough hair that I felt comfortable enough to not wear beanies around people I know. I still wore one in public, though.

12 days agoI’ve always wondered why some people do Keytruda and others don’t. Mine was stage 3. I keep forgetting to ask.

12 days agoI think it depends whether you test eligible for immunotherapy. I remember my gyn oncologist telling me I could take immunotherapy which was good.
