3 days agoSince I've been on chemo I have lost a lot of strength in my hands and arms, I normally could open jars, etc but today a jar of salsa just looked at me and said nope. Ended up calling my neighbor. What type of exercises can help me regain strength in my arms and hands.

2 days agoI need to work on an angel cross stitch for my granddaughter but I don't like the way it feels holding the needle. I only have 1 more chemo on the 18th and I am praying that it goes away after that. Very irritating.

2 days agoGentle strengthening exercises like squeezing stress balls, doing finger stretches, and light resistance band work can help rebuild hand and arm strength that chemotherapy may affect. Consider speaking with your care team about physical therapy options, as they can recommend safe exercises tailored to your specific situation and treatment plan.
