Was anyone with Stage 1a Grade 1 cancer advised treatment after surgery?

I was stage 1a grade 1 and had total historectomy. 3 lymphnodes taken. All evaluated. Showed no spread. 6 month check up in April. No radiation! It's emotionally hard sometimes...I try to stay hopeful knowing that the cancer was removed before it traveled further.
