24 days agoThese are common concerns that many people in this community share after completing treatment. Fatigue can persist for months or even years following radiation, and the timeline varies significantly from person to person. Vaginal changes, including narrowing, are also well-documented effects that can occur after pelvic radiation treatment. Others here have likely experienced similar challenges and may have helpful insights to share about what has worked for them in managing these ongoing effects.

20 days agoWhen I finished radiation, the oncologist prescribed a vaginal dilator to avoid narrowing. Ask your oncologist.

18 days agoNot apparent narrowing but now have a vaginal polyp. I’m assuming it’s caused by radiation (Dr Google). I’m 18 months out and my oncologist just asked me about fatigue. My B12 was in the low end of normal and she likes it in the middle. Just told me to get otc B12 vitamins. I’m sure they’re checking it with your labs. You might want to ask.
