Having OM in my eye - how do others cope with monitoring anxiety?

Hello. I was diagnosed with OM in in my left eye in early 2023 and had the plaque radiation immediately. I had the biopsy which revealed my tumor was a class 2. I have a 50/50 chance of it NOT spreading…thinking positive here. My doctors are at Mayo in Jacksonville FL. My tumor is dead thankfully. I have some vision in that eye. I have monitoring every 3 months by my oncologist. A CT abdomen, chest xray and complete bloodwork. So far so good. My next round of testing is 2/16.
