How do you cope with stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer at 36?

7 hours agoIm new here 36years old and was diagnosed end of June with stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer. Had 1 surgery to remove main tumor in small intestines and multiple lymph nodes. Still have tons of tumors all over liver and a few in my lungs. Been a long journey it feels and overwhelming.
